Email template: What is it and what does it require?
An email template is an HTML-coded template that you can use in all your email campaigns and automations.
Avoid starting from scratch every time and increase brand awareness in your emails with a good email template. Our consultants are ready to help you.
The email template actually consists of two elements: a header and a footer. Between the two is the content of the email – everything you design in Step 2: Design and setup when you set up your campaign or automation.
The header and footer are coded in HTML, which gives you enormous design freedom. Heyloyalty has some standard templates that you can use as a starting point. However, you can also create something even more special, where your imagination is pretty much the only limit.

Create a new email template
Create your email template by clicking Templates → Create new template.
Give your template a name and select the type Email.
If you want to start from a default email template, choose one from the list under Choose a default template.
Once you have selected a default template to start from, you can click Preview template.
If it is a good starting point, click Insert template.
Once the template is saved, you can use it in your email campaigns and automations in the future.
